Bayview Hall is having its 2nd annual Sweetheart Ball on Feb. 13, "Celebrate Valentine's Day with dance!" Bayview Community Hall, 5642 Bayview Rd., Langley WA 98260. Time: 7-8pm Dance workshop with Walter Dill, 8-11pm Featuring Whidbey's own LocoMotion: live music for all dance styles. Cost: $15 per person at the door.
